Nothing. We will drop by your location, talk with you about options, discuss terms, and provide a contract once we agree to work together. From there, the agreed-upon machine(s) will arrive magically at your location where they will be installed, stocked, maintenanced, and managed by us - at no cost to you.
Vending, simply put, enhances your customers' experience by expanding your range of services. Who knows when hunger or thirst will strike? Who are we to judge?
No way! We are technology-savvy and have set up remote monitoring software so that we know what's selling and where inventory currently sits. We have every incentive to keep these bad boys filled with the products your customers demand and that's exactly what we'll do.
If something gets stuck: The machines we use typically have a sensor which can automatically detect whether or not the machine has delivered a product to the tray once money has been tendered - so this shouldn't happen. If it does...
Machine stops working: Contact us immediately and we'll hop over to resolve the situation. The last thing we need is a customer who is frustrated and loses faith in the machine. We're here to help.
